Job summary

XPO is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers by billing shipments, handling inquiries and resolving issues on documentation and pricing. You will interact with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Preferred: transportation or logistics industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracking shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
