You will work with Windows-based and web-based systems, maintain customer records, and support branch growth through reliable service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technician appointments to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer concerns and assess needs through active listening.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database, including call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and sensitive information.
