Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and route distances.
• Identify customer needs via listening and probing questions.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance and safeguard customer privacy.
