Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through active listening.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
