Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in Florida to support customers with a service mindset and strong accountability to a team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service visits, and maintain efficient routes for Orkin Pros using Windows-based and Web-based systems.

You will protect customer privacy and contribute to quality assurance while delivering accurate data and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest better routes.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs using active listening.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Contribute to quality assurance programs and protect customer privacy.
