Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Coordinate service to minimize drive time and route distances.
• Use listening skills and questioning to identify customer needs.
• Maintain customer information and update call details in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy.
