Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and distance.
• Identify customer concerns through active listening and questions.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update call details and payments.
