Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver best-in-class pest control customer experiences from our office location. You’ll field calls, schedule visits, and coordinate service with technicians, emphasizing empathy, accuracy, and timely follow-ups.

You will use Windows and web-based tools to manage routes, update customer records, and ensure prompt rescheduling when needed. Training is provided, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Field incoming requests, schedule service visits and maintain efficient routes to reduce drive time.
• Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
