Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Administrative) to provide top-tier service, schedule visits, and manage routes to ensure efficient service delivery. You will support a branch through accurate data handling and proactive communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and route distance.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning, and evaluate needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and call details.
