Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and adjust routes as needed.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning, and determine needs.
• Maintain accurate customer database with call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance programs and protect customer privacy.
