Job summary

Old Castle Building Envelope (OBE) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to service customers, resolve issues, and process orders. You will report to the Service Center Manager and join a collaborative team focused on delivering responsive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Computer experience, ability to accurately type numbers
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines
• Ability to work in fast paced, team environment to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products and services of organization
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint and determining the best solution
• Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time
• Enter and track orders in our AS400 system
• Accurately process phone, fax and email orders by data entry
