• Must have strong MS Word and Excel Office skills.
• Organized with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload.
• Must communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and pricing requests.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision with memory retention and focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a broad knowledge of clients, products and services of the organization.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Accurately process phoned, faxed and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut off times.
• Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned-in orders for production.
• Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.
