Job summary

Atrium, a New Jersey-based manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a temp-to-hire basis. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, process orders, and provide customers with timely updates while coordinating with the Sales team.

The role requires at least 1 year of office experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. The position is hybrid with 3 days onsite in NJ.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with customers, de-escalation, and white-glove service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, able to toggle between multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Manage an email inbox for the department, respond to requests.
• Answer inbound calls, process orders, and assist customers.
• Use the ERP system to investigate orders and produce documentation.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate order updates.
