Job summary

Atrium in Wayne, NJ seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support requests. This role emphasizes accurate order processing, timely communication, and cross-department coordination to meet customer needs.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and capable of collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Logistics to ensure exceptional service and smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or order processing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or order management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders via multiple channels to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter sales and contract orders into ERP and provide order confirmations.
• Monitor inventory, track shipments, and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Respond to samples, returns, product specs, and regulatory documentation requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and product information in the system.
