Client Overview:

Our client, a manufacturer of well-known products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions, process, orders, and provide customer updates. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and require 3 days a week onsite in NJ.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• The Customer Service Representative will manage an email inbox for the department, managing the queue and responding to requests.
• Answer inbound calls, process orders, and provide assistance to customers.
• Utilize the ERP system to investigate orders and provide documentation.
• Work closely with the Sales team.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• At least 1 year of office experience, specifically working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with customers, de-escalating situations, and providing white-glove service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy, able to toggle between multiple screens.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education Requirements:

• Associate's degree is preferred.
