Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.
• Place, track, and manage sales orders; coordinate shipment schedules; and process sample requests while ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain continuous collaboration with production and supply chain teams to relay real-time status updates and lead-time changes to customers.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and sales returns, taking end-to-end ownership to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in support of company processes and ISO audit requirements.
