Job summary

K&S Manufacturing is expanding and seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams in a fast-paced metal fabrication and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Customer Service experience in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the organization.
• Develop an understanding of customer requirements and priorities.
• Monitor customer orders and maintain visibility through production.
• Provide accurate updates on order status, inventory, production, and shipment dates.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer quotes and requests.
• Track Outside Service Processing (OSP) items and progress.
• Identify potential delays and communicate changes to customers and teams.
• Ensure ERP and CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
