Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in forecasting and demand information.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate internally and externally.
• Ability to manage customer accounts and projects.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Monitor orders through graphics and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with sales and manufacturing to meet forecasts.
• Expedite rush shipments and track delivery.
• Maintain customer profiles, pricing and reports.
