C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between external customers and the organization, handling order processing, follow-up and expediting from placement through delivery.

You will independently manage customer accounts, monitor orders through graphics and manufacturing stages, and provide timely order information and proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; some college or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably with forecasting and demand information.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead customer accounts and projects with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet development.
• Familiarity with ERP reporting in company systems.
• Ability to tailor reports to customer needs.
• Independent work ethic with sound problem solving.
• Organizational skills and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Receive and process customer orders with accuracy.
• Monitor orders through graphics and manufacturing processes and inform customers of delays.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing to forecast and manage requirements.
• Initiate customer releases for shipments and expedit e rush orders.
• Provide reports to management and customers as requested.
• Maintain customer profiles, pricing, and order status reports.
• Manage complaints and returns; support daily scheduling meetings.
• Maintain processes to ensure ease of doing business with customers.
