Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely, professional manner
• Coordinate orders and product delivery with internal teams and carriers
• Prepare accurate documentation and maintain required records
• Perform data entry and verify critical information
• Provide general administrative support and maintain organized files
• Communicate in English and apply procedures with sound judgment
• Support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to a positive team environment and handle additional tasks as needed
