Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with oil companies, truck drivers, and the railroad.
• Check trucks in and out, ensure required paperwork is completed, and enter data accurately into the information system.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound rail movements with railroad and Cando personnel using phone/radio communications; maintain on-site railcar inventories.
• Prepare bills of lading for outbound railcars.
• Conduct safety briefings for visiting drivers, customers, and visitors.
• Verify inventory system accuracy and provide customers with daily/weekly inventory and movement reports.
• Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and supply requested information.
• Partner with other logistics coordinators to reconcile information and correct errors.
