Job summary

Watco is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Sauget, IL terminal to deliver timely, professional support by phone, email, and in person. You will document and track orders, coordinate with internal teams and carriers, and ensure accuracy in records with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, handle busy periods with composure, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional support.

• Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Coordinate incoming orders with internal teams.
• Coordinate product delivery with outside carriers.
• Prepare accurate documentation and maintain required records.
• Read, write, and communicate in English and perform basic math calculations to complete daily tasks accurately.
