Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional support.
• Provide excellent customer service with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Coordinate incoming orders with internal teams.
• Coordinate product delivery with outside carriers.
• Prepare accurate documentation and maintain required records.
• Perform accurate data entry, including dual verification of critical information.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain organized files and records.
• Read, write, and communicate in English and perform basic math calculations to complete daily tasks.
• Learn from feedback and apply procedures with sound judgment.
• Contribute to the team and take on additional tasks as needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent performance.
