Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver the best-in-class service mindset across our pest-control operations. You'll field incoming requests, schedule visits, and maintain efficient routes to reduce drive time for our Pros, while upholding empathy, integrity, and excellence in every interaction.

You'll join a team with a strong training program, competitive pay starting at $20–$24 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software/web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs.
• Maintain a customer database with accurate information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
