Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and improve schedules.
• Coordinate service with technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service outcomes.
