Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and distance, and suggest alternative routes when appropriate.
• Use listening skills and questions to identify customer needs and resolve concerns.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information, call details, and payments.
