Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers with a service mindset and accountability to a team. You will handle calls, schedule and optimize technician routes, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and distance.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs using active listening.
• Maintain accurate customer information including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy.
