Western Pest Services in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the link between customers and service technicians. You will coordinate schedules, respond to inquiries, and support field operations with timely, accurate information.

You will manage accounts, daily tasks, and reports while delivering excellent service. This role offers paid training, a competitive hourly wage, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of MS Office with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.

• Maintain accurate records using customer service software.
• Respond to leads and referrals.

• Assist in training of new team members as requested.
