Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks and projects.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner.
• Deliver accurate service and sales information.
• Maintain accurate records using customer service software.
• Respond to leads and referrals.
• Partner with management to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
• Assist in scheduling of service routes.
• Produce accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure work is completed and satisfactory results achieved.
• Assist in training of new team members as needed.
