Western Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Parsippany, NJ to act as the link between customers and service technicians. You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and communicate with field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task.
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers.
• Strong collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner.
• Deliver accurate service and sales information.
• Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications.
• Respond to leads and referrals.
• Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
• Assist in scheduling of service routes.
• Produce accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
• Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
