Job summary

Western Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Spring House, PA office. You will be the link between customers and technicians, coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and handling service and sales inquiries.

The role requires a client-facing professional with patience, accountability, and a passion for service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of MS Office with Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner.
