The role emphasizes empathy, integrity, and teamwork, with comprehensive training. You’ll use Windows/Web-based systems, manage customer data, and contribute to quality assurance for a best-in-class pest-control experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules - training provided.
• Apply training to schedule technicians to minimize drive time and distance and suggest alternative routes.
• Use listening skills to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguards customer privacy and proprietary information.
