Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and distance.
• Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and call details.
• Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguards customers’ privacy and proprietary information.
