Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
• Apply expertise to schedule technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through active listening
• Monitor and update customer database with accurate information
