Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer needs through listening and questioning.
• Maintain accurate customer data including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguarding customer information.
