Responsibilities

• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes when needed.
• Use active listening to identify customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain customer data with accurate call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and protect customer privacy.
