Orkin LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Stafford, TX. You will field inquiries, schedule service visits, and maintain efficient routes to help Orkin Pros deliver top-notch pest control service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy and customer satisfaction, with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Training is provided, no prior industry experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and route distance.
• Identify customer concerns and determine needs through active listening.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and protect privacy.
