Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules and train accordingly.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and plan alternative routes when needed.
• Use listening skills to identify customer concerns and determine their needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and uphold customer privacy.
