PLS in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our company. You will assist customers, educate them on products and services, and ensure transactions comply with regulations while maintaining accuracy and a balanced cash drawer.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
