Job summary

PLS is hiring Customer Service Representatives in California. The CSR will be the face of the company, delivering superior service, educating customers on products, and ensuring accurate, compliant transactions at the point of sale.

The role emphasizes maintaining accuracy, attending to customer needs, and representing our core values of integrity, teamwork, and customer focus while working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers.
• Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency required.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educating customers on products and services.
• Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling.
• Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions.
• Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution.
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members.
• Performing other duties as instructed by management.
