Formación

• 1–3 years proven experience in customer support.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; professional and a team player.
• Able to handle difficult situations patiently and professionally.
• Flexible with scheduling, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve issues via phone, chat, email, and screen share, or escalate as needed.
• Follow up with customers and close issues.
