Job summary

PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services with locations across multiple states. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Aurora, IL to be the face of PLS, delivering outstanding service and educating customers on our products.

You will handle transactions, maintain accuracy, and follow all regulations while contributing to a welcoming store environment. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in retail, financial services, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Ability to engage with customers and offer appropriate products and services.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to drive repeat business.
• Educate customers on PLS products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer balance.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Address customer questions or escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming store environment for customers and staff.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.
