SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation is seeking a customer service-focused professional to serve as the branch's primary contact, handling order support and product information for customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a personable demeanor, and the ability to perform basic math, with local travel as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
