Job summary

SPI in Tulsa, OK is seeking a customer service representative to serve as the main contact for our branch, handling orders and providing product information to customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate order fulfillment and world-class service, while maintaining a positive rapport with customers.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license, 1–2 years in customer service, solid

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key customer contact for the branch, handling orders and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Process dealer orders and review acknowledgements, using systems as required.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
