Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a busy repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; previous admin experience is a plus.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communication with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with car usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
