Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar work environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain required repair authorization documents.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental data.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect in CCC One.
