Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating with customers and insurance partners. You will handle administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team, schedule repairs using CCC One, and ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Experience in auto body or related environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Obtain repair authorization docs and track repair progress.
• Prepare repair order work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators.
• Record communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS to ensure consistency with CCC One entries.
