Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage relationships with customers and insurance providers. You will provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team and ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the repair process.

Key duties include scheduling, earning approvals for repairs, and maintaining rental information, while leveraging CCC One and ARMS systems to track progress and keep

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and secure repair authorization documents.
