Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and insurance partners. The role manages administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team and supports scheduling, rentals, and documentation using CCC One and ARMS.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year in a similar admin role, and preferably experience in auto body environments with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant.
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Obtain repair authorization docs to disassemble vehicles.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental info in CCC One and manage ARMS throughout the day.
