The role supports a busy service center, monitors work volume and ensures compliance with insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a customer facing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and stay organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver extraordinary service
• Monitor center work volume and suggest load level requests
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies for one-stop service
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing
